At Noé & Co., food is personal. Every ingredient is chosen with purpose, because we believe the best meals are built on care, consistency, and respect for the craft.

My name is Noé. Before Noé & Co. ever existed, I spent years in fine dining kitchens, working long services, perfecting small details, and learning what it truly means to cook for people. Those kitchens taught me discipline, precision, and restraint, but more importantly, they taught me that food creates moments. It brings people together. It becomes part of a memory.

Noé & Co. grew from that foundation.

As my career evolved, so did my focus. I wanted to bring that same level of thought and execution beyond the restaurant and into catering. Cooking for events, gatherings, and celebrations means cooking for life’s milestones. Every menu matters because every table tells a story.

Our approach is simple. We source carefully. We prepare intentionally. Whether it is a catered experience or one of our signature sauces, everything we create is rooted in the same standards I carried through every service in the kitchen.
